WE'RE NOT YOUR AVERAGE ZOO — AND THAT'S THE POINT.

Canton Grand Safari Adventure was built around a simple idea: people connect differently with animals when they have the opportunity to experience them up close.

We’re an independent East Texas zoo where education doesn’t have to feel like a lecture and an ordinary family outing can turn into something you’ll be talking about all the way home.

Some animals you can meet hands-on. Others you’ll experience from the other side of the fence. But all of them have names, personalities, stories and specialized care.

We’re constantly building, improving and dreaming up what comes next.

It may occasionally look like organized chaos.

That’s because sometimes it is.
